STORM WATCH: Cool, periods of rain through Memorial Day morning with some drying in the afternoon in the Bronx

It is not going to rain all of the time, but occasional rain and breezy conditions stick around through Monday midday before warmer temperatures and drier skies arrive for the second half of next week.
