Police: Illegal gambling devices seized from New Rochelle bar; owner arrested

Members of the New Rochelle Police Department Criminal Investigations Division executed a search warrant Aug. 1 at Union Avenue Sports Bar. Investigators seized four video-style slot machines that were in a private room.
