NYC launches push to help residents cut utility bills by hundreds each year

The Mayor's Public Engagement Unit will work to boost enrollment in the Enhanced Energy Affordability Program, which helps low- and moderate-income households receive discounts on their utility bills from Con Edison and National Grid.
