K‑9 Lloyd joins Rockland Sheriff’s Office, honors fallen firefighter

The accelerant‑detection dog is named in honor of Jared LLoyd, the Spring Valley firefighter who died saving residents in the Evergreen Assisted Living Facility fire five years ago.
