Downtown Brooklyn man gets 13 years in prison for 4-day gunpoint robbery spree

Prosecutors say 34-year-old Jaquan Smith-Mack pleaded guilty in June to robbery. He was ultimately caught after police spotted him riding a stolen moped without a helmet.
