Clifton daycare owner calls on hit-and-run driver to come forward after crash causes thousands in damage

Surveillance video from Tiniest Footprints Daycare and Preschool shows a car driving onto a sidewalk, running over garbage cans and crashing into the front of the building overnight on Thursday.
