Bridgeton teen charged with murder in fatal stabbing of 17-year-old

Kavon Underwood-Palmer, 19, was charged in connection with the June 30 killing of a 17-year-old identified as J.B., according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.
