Bridgeport woman arrested for narcotics possession near Stop & Shop

Police took 26-year-old Candace Rogers into custody Saturday after officers watched him engage in what appeared to be a drug deal at a Stop & Shop parking lot on Hemingway Avenue in East Haven.
