Alleged drunk driver strikes and kills e-bike rider during hit-and-run in Town of Poughkeepsie

Investigators say 25-year-old Joseph W. Marcinelli was driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck when he hit the 35-year-old victim. It happened just after 12:30 a.m. on Saturday morning on Salt Point Turnpike.
