4-alarm blaze rips through Williamsburg restaurant, leads to partial collapse

Flames erupted inside Juliette Restaurant, located at 135 North 5th St., just before 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The blaze quickly escalated to a fourth-alarm, sending 231 fire and EMS personnel to the scene.
