3 inmates face felony charges after alleged attacks on correction officers at Green Haven Correctional Facility

The Dutchess County District Attorney's Office says Ryan Laws, 48, Carine Reeves, 46, and Emmanuel Valentin-Perez, 23, were each indicted on two counts of assault in connection with three separate incidents at the prison.
