Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients:
140 grams of plain flour
4 large eggs
200 ml of milk
Sunflower oil (for cooking)
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 230°C (fan 210°C/gas 8).
Prepare Tins: Drizzle a little sunflower oil evenly into a 12-hole muffin tin or a Yorkshire pudding tin and place it in the oven to heat through.
Make Batter: In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Beat in the eggs until smooth. Gradually add the milk, continuing to beat until the mixture is completely lump-free.
Pour Batter: Pour the batter into a jug. Remove the hot tin from the oven and carefully pour the batter into the holes.
Bake: Place the tin back in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the puddings have puffed up and are golden brown.
Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite roast and gravy.
