Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Optional: chocolate syrup, mini chocolate chips, or chopped peanut butter cups for garnish
Instructions:
Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Fill the Crust: Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Garnish and Serve: Before serving, you can drizzle the pie with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or chopped peanut butter cups if desired.
