Irish coffee recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) Irish whiskey
Heavy cream, slightly whipped
Instructions:
Preheat the Glass: Fill a footed mug or a heatproof glass with hot water to warm it up, then empty the water.
Combine Coffee and Sugar: Pour the hot coffee into the warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Add the brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Add Whiskey: Blend in the Irish whiskey.
Top with Cream: Float a collar of the lightly whipped heavy cream on top by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon. Do not stir. Instead, drink the coffee through the cream.
