Ingredients:
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
2 cups fresh spinach
1 medium banana (preferably frozen)
1 cup frozen mango or pineapple
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra nutrition)
Instructions:
Blend the greens: Add the spinach and almond milk to your blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the fruits: Add the banana and frozen mango (or pineapple) to the blender. Blend again until smooth and creamy.
Optional add-ins: If using, add the chia seeds and blend for a few more seconds.
Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
