Ingredients:
1 block (about 14 oz) soft or medium-firm tofu, cut into cubes
200 grams ground pork
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, minced
2 tablespoons doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste)
1 tablespoon chili bean paste (la doubanjiang) for extra heat (optional)
1 tablespoon fermented black beans (douchi), rinsed and mashed
1/2 cup chicken broth or water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
