Easy 5 Ingredients Protein Bars - these take 10mins to prep!
So easy & tasty, these are perfect on the go snack, gives you a great boost of energy and actually helps if you have a sweet tooth!

Ingredients:
⢠1 cup (80g) old fashioned or rolled oats
⢠1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter
⢠1/4 cup maple syrup
⢠2 scoops Myprotein protein powder
⢠1/8 cup almond milk
⢠Optional melted Myprotein chocolate spread
Method:
⢠Put all ingredients into a bowl
⢠Mix well till combined
⢠Place on a baking dish, shape and press down firmly
⢠Chill for an hour or more and enjoy!
