This trainer burns 800 calories before 10am. Welcome to the life of a Barry’s Bootcamp coach!
Not only is Mark Ross a trainer at the infamous boutique gym chain, Barry’s Bootcamp, but he runs his own online transformation business and plays football semi-professionally, too. Yep, we’re tired just thinking about all that activity.
We were lucky enough to have exclusive behind-the-scenes access to his day to see exactly what he gets up to and how he keeps up with such a jam-packed schedule.
He also shares his advice for keeping structure and motivation during the difficult times of lockdown.
