Salted Caramel Weetabix Oats 😍 #shorts

0:00
here's my recipe for my overnight
0:01
protein wheat baked salted caramel
0:03
flavor this is honestly so good it
0:04
tastes like a cheesecake for the base
0:06
you want to get two protein wheat bits
0:08
and crush these up into a container then
0:10
we're just going to add some powdered
0:11
sweetener into this
0:13
you don't want to take any milk of your
0:14
choice i went with oat milk and just add
0:16
enough so it will slightly dampen the
0:18
mix now you want to stir this all
0:19
together until it's combined properly
0:22
now you want to take a separate bowl and
0:24
some zero percent fat yogurt added
0:26
around 240 grams into this now i just
0:28
want to take some salted caramel protein
0:30
powder and add those into the yogurt mix
0:32
this all together until it's all smooth
0:33
i then added in two pipettes full of the
0:35
my protein flavor drops in maple this
0:37
just makes it a little bit sweeter and
0:38
more cheesecake like you then try to
0:40
pour this mix onto the weetabix
0:43
then just move this all out until it's
0:44
all even around the container i then
0:46
added the carnation camera just wanted
0:47
out of this all over the top you then
0:49
you want to take this and put this in
0:50
the fridge overnight and once you wake
0:52
up in the morning this will be set and
0:53
ready for you to eat look at those
0:54
layers i'm actually obsessed
