Air-fried gyozas 🥟
Ingredients:
350g Lean Pork Mince
250g Silkon Tofu
2 tsp Garlic powder (or minced garlic)
2 tsp ginger powder
Salt
Pepper
Spring Onions
42 pieces of Wonton Paper
30ml Soy Sauce
Method:
In a bowl combine your mince, tofu, spices and spring onion.
Grab your wonton papers and a small bowl of water, with your finger coat to the corners of the paper with water, add your fillings to the middle and fold into little boats.
Steam for 10-12 mins and air-fry for 4 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve with Soy Sauce and enjoy!
