so the first thing we need to do is set

up a double boiler you don't need

anything fancy for this all you need to

do is grab a mediumsized pot like I've

got here and to that you're going to add

a couple inches of water to the bottom

of the pot then turn up your heat and

you want to bring that water to a nice

rolling simmer not a full boil just a

nice simmer once you've got that simmer

you're going to get a glass bowl and

gently place it right on top of the pot

now make sure your bowl is not so big
