RMA Creation from a Service Ticket - Made Super Simple!

Creating an RMA from a service ticket is a straightforward process. Within the service ticket, locate the products tab, and if applicable, click on it to view the product lines associated with the ticket.
If the product you need to process an RMA for isn't listed, use the plus sign to add it. Once the product, in this case, the large display, is selected, navigate to the "More" section and choose "Enter RMA" from the dropdown.
This action takes you to a new RMA screen, initiating the creation of an RMA tag for the chosen product. The system automatically inherits vital information from the original service ticket, such as the ticket number, product ID, description, unit price, company details, and any additional relevant data.
