In this video, I’m simmering a blend of:
Snow Pear (Hydrating)
Red Dates & Dried Figs (Natural sweetness)
Almonds (Nan Xing/Bei Xing)
Longan, Goji Berries & Snow Fungus
As it simmers for 45-60 minutes, I take a moment to water my orchids and breathe. Remember: Like plants, we also need to be replenished from time to time.
