Nightmare is a horde mode, essentially, where you have to survive until morning by fighting off hordes of Molded. Use compactors to create scrap, and use scrap to craft weapons, ammo, health, and upgrade skills to help you survive the night. This is designed for multiple playthroughs, as the more points you acquire through all runs, the more you unlock and are able to create at the workbench.
