1:45
Cruise all the team members and team
1:47
leaders associated with that move so
1:51
that way it's basically so we're not
1:54
doing something only just to undo it
1:56
later on so so we affected we affect I
2:00
think was roughly 393 workstations in
2:03
assembly for this particular
2:06
exercise um we had two weeks down to do
2:08
it um the first week was occupied by
2:11
Major facilities moves so it gives us
2:14
one week to get in there and fine-tune
2:15
things um got a demanding schedule so
2:18
that's not a lot of time when you talk
2:20
manufacturing to change pretty much the
2:22
entire assembly shop in one play shape
2:23
or form so it's very important that the
2:26
level of detail that goes into this is
2:28
is is accurate um because you don't have
2:30
room for air we there was very little
2:33
launch there's very little
2:35
um which means the expectation when we
2:38
come up is that we come up transforming
2:40
the area into uh reducing a lot of the
2:42
waste which is a lot of the walking and
2:45
and and moving Parts out of the G Zone
2:47
like explained earlier and moving them
2:49
Parts um into the a zone for the out so
2:51
they can R do out walk so so one of the
2:54
big issues that that we had over here is
2:57
we we started with 13 five parts that
3:00
were on the two engines over here as we
3:02
added the diesel engine we ended up with
3:05
171 Parts therefore what happens is you
3:08
don't have a lot of line side U place to
3:11
put all the parts right where do I put
3:13
all these extra parts we added another
3:14
engine you know and and we start running
3:16
this diesel so what we did is we some of
3:19
the team of people and these are all the
3:21
people that work in the area and
3:22
throughout the plan um we have to
3:24
understand our losses um our biggest
3:26
loss here is our NBAA which is at 25 %
3:30
the NBA is all the walk that the people
3:32
are doing on the
3:36
line
