hi there this is Dave from motals here
0:01
and I'm here to tell you about all the
0:04
changes announced now to Chrysler's
0:06
entire lineup for 2025 and to Dodges
0:09
half of dodges entire lineup for the
0:12
same year are you ready first of all
0:14
let's look at Chrysler they've updated
0:16
the Pacifica which is their only vehicle
0:19
for 2025 not counting the Voyager which
0:22
may or may not be Fleet only so let's
0:24
see what we've got here they have a new
0:26
select model replacing the former base
0:28
model so now it go select limited
0:31
Pinnacle there's no more hybrid version
0:35
for the limited but there is a hybrid
0:37
select and a hybrid Pinnacle as well as
0:39
a gasoline select and a gasoline
0:42
Pinnacle let's see what do you get on
0:44
the hybrid now let's see what you get on
0:47
the select if you get a select I'm just
0:50
going to look at the news article here
0:51
on St power and you get an auto dimming
0:54
rear view mirror OneTouch windows for
0:56
both front and second rows Universal
0:59
garage door opener and premium
1:02
carpets uh the S package is now standard
1:05
unlimited and included on the hybrid if
1:08
you get the premium Group which is only
1:10
available on the select and includes the
1:13
S package safety sphere you connect
1:16
theater and sound integrated premium
1:19
console with wireless charging and dual
1:21
pane
1:21
sunroof so that's the updates for
1:24
Chrysler exciting aren't they uh we also
1:27
have the color selections get ready hold
1:30
on to your hats it's white gray black
1:32
blue and
1:33
red uh the models again select limited
1:36
and Pinnacle and interior colors are
1:39
black ooh what a surprise and if you get
1:42
a pinnacle you can get black with sepia
1:45
ooh black with another
1:47
color now let's look at
1:49
Dodge I don't have as much detail on the
1:52
Hornet uh that's half of Dodge's lineup
1:55
or the Hornet what they're getting is if
1:57
you get the track pack on the Jeep GT or
2:00
gt plus it also comes the steering wheel
2:03
shifters which are kind of hand handy
2:06
since it's a automatic transmission only
2:08
set up you can't get a manual
2:10
transmission also the Hornet is a
2:12
qualifying vehicle now for
2:14
2025 for an optional one-day session at
2:17
the Radford racing school for high
2:19
performance driving and that's really a
2:22
good thing to do but it says optional so
2:25
I don't know you probably have to pay
2:27
for it which
2:30
you should probably do it's probably
2:31
still worth the money uh but that's it
2:34
that's uh half the 2025 Dodges and all
2:37
the 2025 Chryslers that have been
2:40
announced so far now I've been a little
2:43
tongue and- cheek and a little sarcastic
2:45
maybe in this video because we all know
2:47
that the 2025 do Dodge Charger is coming
2:51
possibly with the 2024 Dodge Charger as
2:54
well and we know that there will be new
2:56
Chryslers for
2:57
2025 uh there's a bunch of new vehicles
3:00
that are actually planned and I'm sure
3:03
that they will show up they've been
3:04
delayed quite a bit I can't imagine
3:08
why why would Vehicles be delayed I
3:12
wonder if it could have anything to do
3:13
with all those layoffs and changing the
3:16
way that people work and starting the
3:19
global team thing while they're trying
3:21
to finish bringing a vehicle to Market I
3:24
wonder if it could be all those fights
3:26
with
3:26
suppliers and suing suppliers to deliver
3:29
things as they change the contract uh
3:33
prices don't know why these things could
3:35
be delayed but they're being delayed uh
3:38
but there are going to be a bunch of
3:39
Chrysler and Dodge vehicles so that's
3:41
really the good thing and I don't want
3:42
to take away from stellantis here I
3:44
think that they really will be
3:46
refreshing uh lineups and bringing all
3:49
sorts of hopefully really good and
3:51
exciting new cars and trucks and
3:53
crossovers to a lineup which frankly
3:56
Fiat Chrysler has let dwindle quite a
3:59
bit and we got to place blame where
4:01
blame should be stantis did not decide
4:04
after 2015 to stop updating the charger
4:07
Challenger and 300 you know they didn't
4:10
decide to cancel the 200 in a fit of
4:13
peak over the size of the rear door so
4:17
they didn't decide to drop the Dodge
4:19
Dart suddenly because they weren't happy
4:21
with the warranty costs or with the
4:24
popularity of the
4:26
vehicle I I think that stellantis would
4:29
probably changed what they had to make
4:31
it more attractive rather than just
4:33
saying well we're going to drop it and
4:35
do nothing but trucks because they make
4:37
more money so that's where we are right
4:39
now hoping for new stuff and I'm Dave
4:42
from motels and I'll see you soon
