hello this is Mr Mobility once again if
0:12
you have an idea of how chomecast with
0:15
Google or Amazon Fire stick
0:18
works then you already know how Apple TV
0:22
Works Apple TV is a streaming media
0:25
player it's a compact device that
0:29
connects your TV to a wide range of
0:33
video streaming services such as Disney
0:37
plus HBO Max Hulu Netflix Apple TV plus
0:43
and so many others simply by connecting
0:47
Apple TV device to your television set
0:51
you are able to enter into a whole world
0:54
of
0:55
entertainment as I have said it works
0:58
similar to the way that chomecast with
1:00
Google and Amazon Fire stick works again
1:05
the difference is that instead of you
1:07
needing to sign into your Google account
1:10
with chomecast or sign into your Amazon
1:13
account with firestick you need an Apple
1:16
ID you need an Apple account to use
1:19
Apple TV and you're connecting to a
1:23
backend that is run by Apple services so
1:28
that's just the difference the
1:29
difference is who is providing the
1:33
service it's it's like the difference
1:35
between T-Mobile AT&T and Verizon they
1:40
all provide similar
1:43
Services just different brands so let me
1:46
walk you through how to set up and
1:49
connect your Apple TV to your television
1:52
set so first Apple TV looks something
1:55
like this it's a very small box like
1:58
this right and it comes
2:00
with a cable that plugs into the HDMI
2:04
port of your television set and then
2:07
with a power cable that plugs into the
2:09
power source so connect your Apple TV to
2:14
the HDMI port of your television set
2:16
it's usually at the back or at the side
2:21
or below wherever your TV set has its
2:25
Sports laid out you will find the HDMI
2:28
port there connect your Apple TV to that
2:31
now connect the the power cable to a
2:34
power source power on your Apple TV once
2:39
you have done that a set of instructions
2:42
will appear on your TV screen showing
2:44
you how to connect your home Wi-Fi
2:47
internet because it requires an internet
2:49
connection the same way chomecast and
2:52
fire stick do once you have connected
2:56
your Apple TV to the Wi-Fi you're ready
2:59
to sign in with your Apple ID just sign
3:02
in and then begin to install the apps
3:05
you want to use you want to watch
3:07
Netflix install it you want to watch
3:09
YouTube install it you want to watch
3:12
hbmo Max install It Whatever video
3:14
streaming app or service you want to use
3:16
install it and if you are subscribed to
3:20
any of those just start watching if you
3:22
are not sub subscribed yet subscribe
3:24
some of them cost uh $5 a month I think
3:28
Apple TV Plus cost about $899 a month
3:33
subscribe and begin to enjoy your video
3:36
content now what kind of quality should
3:39
you expect from Apple TV oh of course
3:41
you know that apple is known for
3:43
providing quality services Apple TV
3:46
supports 4K HDR DL be Atmos so you know
3:50
you're getting pretty much the same
3:53
quality you're used to from chomecast
3:55
with Google if you've used that before
3:58
and from Amazon Fire stick so across all
4:00
three of them in terms of video quality
4:04
you have nothing to worry about also you
4:07
will be able to control your smart home
4:09
appliances using Apple TV pretty much
4:12
the same way you're able to control your
4:14
smart home appliances with Chromecast
4:16
and fire stick like I said they all do
4:19
the same thing they are just
4:22
different brands and different companies
4:25
providing the service to
4:27
you that's pretty much all it takes to
4:30
set up and use Apple TV on your
4:34
television set plug power on connect
4:39
sign in install and watch let me know if
4:44
