Hey Everyone, I noted this in the video (I also detracted audio and made it a blank slide to hopefully make people come back to the video if they use this as background noise.) but I want to put it in the description as well.
Choline Bitartrate is standardized to slightly higher amount of choline than alpha gpc in some cases. (The formula I use has alpha-gpc listed at 50% choline by weight) but it is CITIcholine (CDP Choline) that has a LOW presence of choline overall (less than ~20%)
Choline bitartrate is speculated to be less bioavailable due to issues with passing the blood brain barrier and not being able to convert into acetylcholine (as some studies have noted that although serum choline levels have risen, there was a lack of notable increase in acetylcholine)
whereas alpha-gpc is seen as a good source of choline with no issues with bioavailabilty.
The pairing of huperzine A is to help prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine and have it last longer.
I also noted this in the video, by making an example of arbitrary numbers
"where you have 1 hour of acetylcholine, but with an ache inhibitor it could last as long as 2" this was just for sake of example, not an indication of its potency or ability to exactly produce that result at the random mcg/mg numbers i threw out for sake of example.
