(DO NOT RUB IN THE FOAM, LET THE FOAM SIT AND DISSOLVE, if after 10 minutes it hasn't completely dissolved, just pat it in, I would sometimes wipe it away, but it seems that patting it in is more beneficial) the next day repeat the process day1.
