What Really Happened To Sue The T-Rex

In 1990, a fossil dubbed Sue the T-Rex was discovered by the Black Hills Institute. A tragic custody battle ensued over Sue the T-Rex between paleontologist Peter Larson, the federal government, and the Cheyenne River Sue Tribe. Sue was seized by the FBI and Larson served 18 months in prison.
