Well, beyond these delights lies something equally remarkable: ASEAN. The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) is like that one friend who loves organizing group outings. Formed in 1967, it brought together ten countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia.
