Basic Assumptions in Any Role

Each and every person has some process role to perform in their job. However, due to different perceptions, viewpoints, attitudes, one person’s view of their role may be very different from another person’s view of the same role. Moreover, these role perceptions and attitudes may also change over time although the activities remain the same.
