In this tutorial, I'm going to show you
0:01
how you can arrange your bookmarks and
0:04
organize them in folders on Firefox
0:06
browser. If you find this video helpful,
0:08
I'll kindly request that you support me
0:09
by liking the video and also by
0:11
subscribing to this channel. All right,
0:14
let's get into it. Now, as you can see,
0:16
if you go over here, you can open all
0:20
your folders that you have. And as you
0:22
can see, I have quite a number of
0:23
folders. And these folders contains some
0:26
of the some of the websites that I have
0:28
bookmarked. If I go ahead and click on
0:30
each, you can see they contain quite a
0:32
number of pages that I have just
0:34
bookmarked. So, I'd like to go ahead and
0:36
show you how I created these folders and
0:38
how I added bookmarks and how I added
0:41
pages that I bookmarked in these
0:43
folders. Now, suppose we have a plain
0:46
Firefox page like this. I like to go
0:48
ahead and add a bookmark here. So, I
0:51
like to go ahead and bookmark this page
0:54
and then add it to one of the bookmark
0:56
folders. to do. So, it is quite simple.
0:58
Just head over to this bookmark option
1:01
and then tap on it. And then you'll have
1:03
to choose the location. You can either
1:06
just leave it on bookmark menu or you
1:09
can go ahead and choose any of the
1:10
folder that you have created to bookmark
1:12
it. Let me show you the the two methods.
1:15
So, first I'll just go ahead and add it
1:16
to the bookmark menu and then save it.
1:19
Now, if I come here to display or to see
1:22
all my bookmarks, you can see we have
1:24
our page added, but it is not in any of
1:26
these folders. To add this page to any
1:29
of these folders, long press on it and
1:31
then move it to where you want it to be.
1:34
For instance, maybe I want it to be
1:35
under tools. I can just go ahead and
1:38
leave it there. And now you can see it
1:40
has been added here. So, if I go back,
1:44
you can see it has been now moved to
1:46
that folder. Alternatively, you can go
1:49
ahead and bookmark any page and then
1:51
create a folder later and add the
1:53
bookmark page on it. So if I go ahead
1:56
and bookmark this and now you can see it
1:58
does not belong to any of this folder.
2:00
We can create a folder for its own. For
2:03
instance, I can go ahead and create
2:05
another folder. And to do so, just right
2:07
click on bookmark menu. Bookmark menu.
2:11
And then go ahead and tap on add folder
2:14
to give your folder a name. For
2:16
instance, I want this to store AI
2:18
bookmarks. So, I'll go ahead and add on
2:21
add here. And now I can go ahead and add
2:24
it on this folder. Now, you can see if I
2:26
click on it, it will display the
2:29
bookmark that is inside. So, I have
2:32
created a folder and added the bookmark.
2:34
Now, in the last method, you can
2:36
bookmark and straight away choose the
2:38
folder you want the bookmark to be
2:39
added. For that, just go ahead and and
2:42
click on bookmark icon, which is this.
2:44
and then go ahead and choose location
2:46
for this. I'll go ahead and tap on this
2:49
drop- down arrow. My folder that I want
2:52
to add this is under bookmark menu. So
2:54
if I go ahead and click on it, it will
2:57
display all the folders that I have.
2:59
I'll go ahead and choose the one I want
3:00
and click on it. Then save and
3:03
immediately if I go ahead and now go to
3:06
AI folder, you can see the bookmark has
3:08
been added. So that's how you can add
3:11
your bookmarks to folders on Firefox. If
3:14
you have any other question, kindly let
3:16
me know in the comment section.
3:17
Otherwise, thanks for watching and let's
3:19
meet in the next video.
