When Modernisation Strategy and Execution Meet in One Place - LSD Open x Red Hat in Dubai

On 24 June 2025, @redhat and LSD Open co-hosted a unique, dual-track event at the @oneandonlyresorts Royal Mirage, Dubai. The event focused on two key audiences navigating the challenges of #businesstransformation and #technologymodernisation: 🟢 Business leaders from different business functions and industries joined an exclusive executive roundtable and represented their perspectives and experiences with modernising organisations and offerings through technology. 🟢 Engineers and architects dove into a full-day, hands-on Red Hat #OpenShift #Virtualization technical lab - learning how to provision, migrate, and scale virtual machines on a container-native platform. Conversations were not constrained by whether the participants were shaping strategy or executing on it. It was not limited by the business function that they represented. Creating a platform of diverse views, from diverse industries that brought diverse perspectives and stimulated new thinking on how to better leverage technology for modernisation mattered most.
