These Sci-Fi Movies Of 2021 Blew Us Away

If you love science-fiction, 2021 had a selection of great sci-fi movies on offer, including a pair of trippy time loop adventures, some epic superhero fare, and even a stunning Kaiju showdown. Denis Villeneuve's "Dune" thrilled audiences and critics alike, and was certainly the most anticipated sci-fi film of the year. But then again, Lana Wachowski's "The Matrix Resurrections," released late in the year, was also a stunner. The MCU had a gorgeous-if-divisive epic ("Eternals") and a crowd-pleasing multiverse-hopper ("Spider-Man: No Way Home"), and the DCEU had a strong showing, with the Snyder Cut and "The Suicide Squad."
