Nickelodeon has featured a lot of over-the-top and even bizarre cartoons over the years, but Doug was quite the opposite. Doug Funnie was simply a regular kid trying to navigate school, dealing with everything from first crushes to bullies. The show eventually made the switch to Disney Channel and got a film adaptation, but the Disney era isn't quite as beloved by fans as the original Nickelodeon run.
