The Ending Of The Green Knight Explained

The Green Knight offers up a unique -- and pretty weird -- take on the traditional hero's journey of so many fantasy stories. The movie centers on Sir Gawain, a young knight with aspirations of greatness who accepts a challenge from the visiting Green Knight: attempt to lay a blow on the Green Knight, and in a year's time, the Green Knight will revisit that blow on him.
