Movie Sequels That Were Thankfully Shut Down

While there are plenty of movies that we're still disappointed never got sequels, there are some canceled sequels that we are quite thankful got shut down. Sure, some sequels that didn't sound good on paper actually ended up working quite well, like Army of Darkness or Wes Craven's New Nightmare, but unless the filmmakers could have pulled off a miracle, these movies would have likely just damaged the legacy of their predecessors.
