welcome to the channel to we're back in
0:12
hland near barsley again we're going to
0:14
be going having a look at unit three
0:17
Lucy and Yak on a
0:20
new commercial industrial estate which
0:23
is currently been built and all the
0:25
units are still to let so we'll go have
0:29
a look at that
0:30
might be a bit touch and go with the
0:32
Drone with it being a bit windy but
0:34
we'll see what it's like when we get it
0:37
[Music]
0:44
[Music]
0:58
up
1:05
[Music]
1:15
[Music]
1:25
[Music]
1:28
for
1:32
on the way in we have seen some plant
1:37
Machinery so they are still in progress
1:39
of all the Landscaping Works around this
1:43
area couple of dumper
1:45
[Music]
1:47
trucks I think that's
1:50
a 360 Digger type
1:54
machine foot path of that side is closed
1:57
so won't walk on that one we'll carry on
1:59
on down the foot
2:08
[Music]
2:15
path we have got a Dun Elm Distribution
2:19
Center so we'll come back and have a
2:21
look at that at some
2:25
[Music]
2:28
point
2:30
[Music]
2:58
for
3:01
[Music]
3:04
right so here we have a Lucy and Yak
3:07
it's outside the car park so on the
3:10
publicly accessible foot
3:14
path and it is a very nice modern
3:18
facility we've got security cameras
3:24
everywhere so we'll get on the
3:27
camera Lucy and yak
3:31
there's the
3:32
building there all the Camas on the
3:36
wall nice big
3:38
facility loads of stuff
3:41
parking can't see any electric vehicle
3:45
charging we have got some camper van in
3:47
the
3:48
corner on the website they do mention
3:51
they started their business off a camper
3:53
van I'll put that information on the
3:55
screen
3:58
now
4:05
[Music]
4:28
go
4:32
we have got three loading bears and I
4:34
think a couple of Skips just behind the
4:36
fence if it's not too windy with a drone
4:39
we'll go over and have a quick look at
4:43
[Music]
4:47
that can't see any offices which is a
4:50
good thing I think I think they upstairs
4:51
at the
4:55
top no
4:57
reception no M reception there's a
5:00
signing in
5:05
book and then at the back of the
5:10
building we have got a store room we the
5:13
cloth them up so I don't know if you can
5:14
see that
5:16
upstairs but there a load big racking
5:19
with loads of clothes hang up cuz they
5:22
have a fashion
5:24
[Music]
5:28
company
5:32
[Music]
5:34
be nicely if we've got any solar panels
5:36
with it being a modern
5:39
[Music]
5:42
building there is some mannequins in the
5:44
top window where they maybe design and
5:47
make
5:48
[Music]
5:51
clothes just up
5:53
there if you can see
5:56
them light might be bad on the uh refle
6:01
but we can see no computer
6:03
screens so there's no data
6:06
breaches which is good for him there's a
6:09
woman in the
6:10
window at the
6:17
top I've got a nice walkway down to the
6:19
back of the building with a
6:21
megaphone all locked up I'm not even
6:24
going to go in to check so the cat
6:25
complain that I'm on their on their
6:28
property
6:31
there's a few bin bags to the right on
6:33
the other side of the fence but they are
6:34
doing some Landscaping work on the hill
6:36
on the other side got some trees ready
6:39
to be planted so that'll look nicer when
6:41
they're all established and
6:45
grown the winds died down a bit now so
6:48
we'll nip over to where we can see the
6:50
logo of the building and we will get the
6:52
Drone
6:54
up have a look at the roof have a look
6:57
at the skips and take a nice phot for
7:00
Google
7:02
[Music]
7:11
Maps right so when the when the drone's
7:13
in the air we will see if it's too
7:18
windy but it will be time to take it to
7:22
the
7:23
skies take
7:28
off all point
7:38
up no wind warnings
7:40
[Music]
7:45
yet yeah solar
7:54
panels right we up at 40
7:58
m
8:03
[Music]
8:04
I did check on drone assist there are no
8:06
flight restrictions in the
8:08
area I will put
8:12
[Music]
8:17
[Music]
8:28
that
8:31
yeah let got wind water in
8:34
now so we bring it
8:37
[Music]
8:42
back see the camera
8:46
[Music]
8:53
turning that's a zest in the corner so
8:56
we always have visual line of sight we
8:59
got got a nice hgv coming
9:01
in think it's coming
9:04
[Music]
9:08
here it's St to rain as well
9:11
so we'll get the Drone back and check a
9:16
photo for Google
9:22
Maps wind then got a
9:26
[Music]
9:28
shage
9:31
we'll go back a bit and then we'll take
9:32
the
9:34
[Music]
9:39
[Music]
9:45
picture we'll get the company logo in as
9:48
[Music]
9:57
well is a bit windy
10:03
there's the
10:04
building in one
10:08
[Music]
10:12
shot there's a stuff M walking across
10:14
the car
10:17
[Music]
10:18
park just back into the building pay
10:22
there no attention for
10:24
there this High
10:28
VIs
10:30

10:32
[Music]
10:37
foot there's the camp of
10:42
[Music]
10:46
on
10:48
love skips I'm not messing about with
10:51
