R is that is are you flatting into
0:03
damage it or
0:06
something welcome to the
0:08
channel
0:10
hey and today we're going to have a look
0:12
at cerus energy which your suppliers of
0:16
heating
0:17
oil saw on Google Maps when I was in the
0:20
area so I thought I could have a quick
0:23
look so here we
0:28
are come on
0:31
[Music]
0:34
so energy and the big the big drums at
0:36
the back so walk down this road here
0:39
until we can
0:47
[Music]
0:54
see we've come down to the back gate to
0:56
start
0:58
with we've got a big
1:00
big security fence on the back which is
1:04
good there CCTV cameras
1:06
everywhere no mobile phones on
1:10
site but that's okay we're not on site
1:14
emergency action down
1:16
999 all the site
1:20
rules 5 m hour limits there's a security
1:24
gate some more big tankers
1:30
right so we'll go back to the main
1:32
entrance and see what they've got in the
1:34
car
1:35
pack and then we'll get the drone
1:39
over to uh see what the backyard
1:42
actually looks
1:44
like but we'll be responsible with the
1:47
Drone and not go over the big tanks
1:50
right so we're back at the main
1:52
entrance well the main main gates
1:55
anyway it's got some more signages on
1:58
explosive environment
2:01
smoking uh tray off site which is good
2:04
if it's an explosive site in the
2:07
background we have got all the
2:09
pumps to fill up the tankers with the
2:13
oil no electric
2:16
charging and from what I can
2:18
see we have got
2:21
no solar panels
2:25
either so I'll move to the gate and have
2:27
a better look through
2:32
[Music]
2:36
reception is the reception is there
2:39
where the door is and there's a big
2:41
signage that says all visitors must
2:43
report to reception staff and visitors
2:45
car park so it's good they've got a
2:47
carow pack for the
2:48
visitors there we go explosive
2:53
atmosphere but big security gates they
2:55
don't want anybody coming in and nicking
2:57
the aisle which is good we don't want
3:00
people to Nick the Ole
3:02
anyway right so we will put the Drone
3:07
up and uh see what we can see
3:34
yeah I'm just look at the
3:36
site just it looked interesting so I
3:39
thought I have a closer
3:42
look why
3:46
not
3:48
okay well I'm going to do it either way
3:53
so so I've never seen it before I'm just
3:56
in the area and I thought that looks
3:57
pretty pretty interesting so
4:07
just for me you personally your person
4:10
yeah yeah
4:31
I will hang fire
4:33
slightly to see if anybody else comes
4:35
out so I don't want to be
4:38
distracted while I'm flying the
4:51
Drone I have checked on drone assist and
4:54
there are no flight restrictions in the
4:56
area there is a
5:00
yellow zone in that direction which is a
5:03
little like Nature Park but we're not
5:05
going to be over that
5:07
so it shouldn't apply to us but we'll
5:09
give it a couple of minutes if nobody
5:11
else comes out then
5:13
uh I will take the drone over I'm going
5:17
to anywhere but we'll just
5:21
see you see on the GoPro she's just in
5:23
that window over there
5:26
[Applause]
5:30
[Music]
5:33
[Applause]
5:34
[Music]
5:35
[Applause]
5:44
oh there's a lady coming out now well
5:46
pick the drer and uh Hang Fire for two
5:49
minutes
6:14
you all right yeah good than you
6:17
you what you doing yeah I'm uh just
6:20
passing the area and I saw this site it
6:22
looked really interesting so I've done a
6:24
bit of a just I've never seen it before
6:27
I've been in the area a few times it's
6:29
been here a long time I know it looks it
6:32
just look quite interesting in what
6:34
respect in just like industrial with all
6:37
the tankers in the back the big fuel
6:39
tanks that sort of thing
6:42
so so why would you want to set pictures
6:45
of it just to document it for my own use
6:47
social media and things like that okay
6:50
well prefer it not to on social media
6:52
okay it's a business premises and obious
6:55
and security and all that we'd rather it
6:57
not be yeah yeah well say it's on it's
6:59
on Google Maps which is how I found it
7:01
on Google Maps but it's just a thing is
7:03
is a lot of people don't only go on
7:05
Google Maps look at what they're looking
7:07
for but if somebody's putting something
7:09
out there that they don't know's there
7:11
but then it becomes of interest to any
7:13
criminal activity then you're actually
7:16
ping it out there but it's publicly
7:18
available to see anyway is it so I don't
7:21
see the issue it
7:23
is I I don't see why you need to build
7:25
it do I want to yeah well I don't want
7:29
you to okay so i' PR you up to okay I'm
7:32
going to politely decline that request
7:33
and carry on okay well I'll call the
7:35
police okay if you need feel like you
7:37
need to do that you can do that but it's
7:40
not an emergency so please don't 999
7:42
it's a waste of time do that yeah okay
7:45
do appreciate that but you know we but
7:48
what we do here is prone to theft yeah
7:53
well see you have got really good
7:55
security so we have on a lot of our
7:58
Depot but we still get broken in
8:00
yeah so
8:03
somebody somebody highlighting the fact
8:06
of where we are on what we do
8:09
yeah if someone was looking for it they
8:12
could find it on Google could they would
8:13
they would so but sometimes you don't
8:16
always go looking for it but if somebody
8:18
puts it out there and puts it into the
8:20
media then you go oh know that were
8:23
there ex that's exactly that's exactly
8:25
why I'm here yeah so yeah so you anybody
8:29
could see it and then think well
8:31
actually you've then shown it from from
8:34
a height so people can actually see
8:36
where they can get round it where maybe
8:38
there's problems with security or
8:40
anything else yeah well if that's the
8:43
case I could do that on Google Maps as
8:45
well can yeah absolutely but like I said
8:47
not everybody goes looking at Google
8:49
Maps but if it's out there in the media
8:52
and it's on social media then things pop
8:54
up without you looking for it okay and
8:58
then people are made aware of something
9:00
yeah that you probably won't have any
9:02
interest in or knew that they were there
9:05
and then somebody blazes it all over the
9:07
social media and then everybody's
9:09
interested okay so from from a business
9:12
point of view and a security point of
9:14
view would' rather you didn't okay
9:16
that's
9:17
fine but I'm going to decline that and
9:20
carry
9:22
on okay okay well can I set you in no no
9:28
you declining that as well I am indeed
9:31
yeah yeah I'm just a member of the
9:33
public walking by showing an interest
9:35
yeah so do you do that in people's
9:37
houses then as well well a house is
9:39
different than a commercial feaces cuz
9:41
the house that makes it public demand
9:43
ises it because it's a business and on
9:45
the public Ro so this is not a public
9:47
road this a private road do you want
9:49
this
9:50
word no okay but it's private it's it's
9:54
publicly accessible B is it so that's
9:56
why I'm stood on on the word publicly
9:58
accessible not an adopted Highway okay
10:01
I'll go stand on the pavement there then
10:03
I do the one from
10:06
there middle of field and do it it's not
10:08
to make a difference is it no what on
10:10
the public area this why why if you're
10:13
interested in it do you have to put it
10:15
out to everybody else if you're
10:18
interested in it fine yeah have a look
10:20
at it have a look at it on Google Maps
10:22
why do you need to film it so I want to
10:24
for my own personal use so what I do I
10:27
go around and film every night and look
10:30
at night ort not every night oh that's
10:32
really interesting but it's never going
10:34
to change it's going to the same every
10:36
time you look at it why do you need to
10:38
keep a record of it so I put on social
10:41
media for what for like viewers to watch
10:44
to do what like interesting places I go
10:47
around business Parks commercial areas
10:49
do the same to them as well and there's
10:51
a big following for that is it yeah
10:53
there
10:55
is for people who out in the area so you
10:57
going are you going further down then
10:59
are you going to film The be at some
11:02
point after that and there's a couple of
11:04
buildings over there which I'm going to
11:05
next I will be doing the cement place
11:08
and metal Depot as
11:16
well strange why is it
11:21
strange I find it strange okay you find
11:23
it interesting I find it strange fair
11:25
enough find it suspicious find it odd
11:34
okay yeah I'm just doing everything in
11:35
my lights that I can just filming from
11:37
public areas so you'd be happy then for
11:39
a business to lose thousands and
11:41
thousands of pounds to a theft of what
11:42
you're going to do but the thing is I'm
11:44
not doing anything to do with
11:46
theft people end up losing their
11:50
jobs with that would you the thing is
11:52
that's like not me doing it well it
11:55
would be if somebody if somebody used
11:57
your social media to get get details of
12:00
how to access our
12:01
property from what you're doing from
12:04
your actions and that company loses
12:07
hundreds of thousands of pounds because
12:10
of your
12:11
options on the other side of it it's
12:13
like kind of as well checking out your
12:15
security and stuff for you so if there's
12:16
any issues I would let you know would
12:18
you any holes in the fences and things
12:19
like that
12:22
yes well I check this Depo every day
12:26
okay good check the fence that's good
12:27
then sure so it's secure then it is
12:29
secure there we go then but so we know
12:32
that that isn't an issue no because if
12:35
people want to go in they'll get in yeah
12:37
if someone wanted to find it they find
12:39
it so it's not me doing anything if
12:41
someone wanted to be in they'd be in as
12:43
you just said no not always us some some
12:48
people's crimes are
12:50
opportunist they're not always planned
12:53
so happen so you go oh could easy
12:56
getting
12:58
there but it doesn't mean to say it's
13:00
planned you know somebody if you've got
13:02
a guy that's walking out thing just
13:04
doing that with doors and all of a
13:05
sudden one's open they'll take it y but
13:09
they won't break into it specifically
13:11
they take it cuz it's open it's an
13:13
opportunity that's presented to and
13:15
that's what you're going to
13:18
do by
13:20
putting you know somebody looking at it
13:22
like that think now of it when you start
13:25
seeing aerial views of things you see a
13:28
lot more stuff
13:29
yeah I can't really see what's on the
13:32
other side of the building so I'm going
13:33
to have a look over the top as well so
13:35
why do you need to know that what's it
13:37
whated to do with any well so it's like
13:40
well I you cat why are you interested in
13:42
the things you are interested with cat
13:44
see into that bedroom I wonder what
13:45
wallpaper they got I'll start having a
13:47
look that's different does a does imply
13:50
right of privacy in a house yeah
13:51
absolutely not in a residential in a
13:54
residential property people can be
13:56
getting changed shower and things like
13:58
that in commercial premises it's not
13:59
expected same in
14:08
public I can't stop yet nope
14:13
but I just think it's um when somebody's
14:17
asking you not to do it then it will be
14:19
come to do it yeah as well it's also to
14:22
flex the right of drone Flyers CU I've
14:24
checked the airspace the airace is clear
14:27
there's no restrictions there is a like
14:30
a yellow zone just over there but I'm
14:33
not going to be anywhere near that I'm
14:34
not in there so it's
14:38
fine so we don't have any rights to as a
14:41
business to to ask you not to do it
14:43
because
14:46
public not I'm in
14:50
public I'm within the law to do flight
14:52
from the public
14:54
Highway as long as no as long as there's
14:57
no air restrictions
15:00
and we all good it's
15:10
F should leave you to it right I'll
15:12
leave you to get back to work and um
15:14
enjoy the rest of your
15:15
day is that is are you threatening to
15:18
damage it or something pardon is that
15:20
threatening to damage it I hav
15:21
threatened anything oh you just I just
15:23
said I hope nothing happens to it iing
15:25
what you Me by trees or you know falling
15:27
out the sky okay like I hope nothing
15:30
happens to our site to what you're going
15:32
to do no no so you know you're not
15:36
bothered so watch it happen okay right
15:39
enjoy your day at work yeah you
15:48
too oh I find uh I think that she was
15:50
very passive aggressive
15:54
then so
16:01
right we'll get the Drone
16:03
up so i' I've respected the wishes and
16:06
come back to this public foot path if
16:07
that's not publicly adopted then that's
16:10
fair
16:27
enough right after all up it is time to
16:31
check to the
16:32
[Applause]
16:38
[Music]
16:56
skies yeah we like with know all
17:02
funel and also sound like it was a flat
17:05
oh I hope nothing happens to your
17:06
[Music]
17:09
drone yeah there's the pump so fill the
17:11
tank
17:15
up we won't go over the T
17:19
[Music]
17:27
[Music]
17:32
[Music]
17:42
[Music]
17:49
and there's the uh big shutter G A you s
17:52
as
17:54
tankers they look nice and
17:57
clean got
17:59
[Music]
18:06
test couple more
18:09
there couple of
18:12
ibcs on the
18:15
back some boats on the
18:21
canal but yeah here's the word with no
18:24
private property signs on
18:30
comes all the way
18:32
[Music]
18:35
down all the way down there to the
18:38
cement to the cement
18:40
[Music]
18:47
place so we'll come back over and we'll
18:49
have a look at the front of the building
18:52
again on the reception
19:00
[Music]
19:14
[Music]
19:23
so yeah the reception door
19:25
is in there
19:30
right so we're well take a picture for
19:33
Google Maps
