hey up and welcome to the channel
0:12
today we are still in Edlington just
0:14
outside of
0:15
Doncaster and on the way back to the
0:18
car saw this
0:20
place McGregor Logistics Limited but I
0:24
don't think it is
0:27
anymore
0:31
because the site safety
0:34
signs says McGregor
0:36
logistics and there is a big
0:39
chunk duct taped up same with the board
0:42
next door to
0:44
it and on the gate one that's duct taped
0:48
up and so is the no access for
0:52
HGVs and on the side of the
0:55
building I've got the
0:57
sign for
1:04
LUR and I have got these big concrete
1:08
slabs three of them
1:11
which I'm guessing we used to block the
1:13
gate to stop unwanted
1:16
visitors and the car park does look
1:18
freshly
1:20
tarmaced so carry on walking
1:27
around there's only two cars in the car
1:29
park down this
1:35
side what's this sign say on the floor
1:40
toilets and facilities are for office
1:42
staff only this is a private floor so I
1:45
don't know if that's out of this
1:46
building or blown over from somewhere
2:02
else there's another van parked up
2:06
there's a fire door open but I don't
2:08
think we can see
2:09
in i think it's just
2:11
empty now we've got a new looking
2:14
extraction
2:16
system up here i'll get that on the film
2:18
in a second there's a couple of lads in
2:21
high
2:23
vis but we can't really
2:25
see put the camera on see if we can zoom
2:29
in
2:36
what's flashing there
2:39
is a scissor
2:44
lift but that's all we can really
2:49
see cuz the door's too old sorry the
2:52
doors too small to get a good focus on
2:54
it on my camera is too crap i'm thinking
2:57
the
3:01
[Music]
3:04
latter so there's your
3:06
new extraction
3:10
unit going into the
3:17
[Music]
3:20
building but it doesn't say what it's
3:22
going to be used for
3:30
they've got ball cameras on every corner
3:32
of the building so really good for their
3:37
security all these tall metal
3:42
fences saw people climbing over
3:59
And we
4:01
have just randomly
4:05
got a photo shoot
4:08
going on in one of the fields
4:13
[Music]
4:15
right at gate two
4:20
[Music]
4:23
at gate two they have these big concrete
4:26
blocks near the
4:29
gates use ax use for access use
4:34
[Music]
4:37
intercom i've got a big tank of
4:40
gas just in that green that green tank
4:46
some more sight
4:48
rules 8 mph or 8 km/h it's probably for
4:52
the European drivers if they're coming
4:54
over i'll have a look in the yard looks
4:57
quite interesting
5:10
[Music]
5:15
we have
5:17
got some
5:19
train bases like train
5:21
carriages on some makeshift
5:24
runners going down the car
5:27
park our turning bear then we got loads
5:30
of stuff over there i'm not going to
5:31
bother them a
5:34
forklift which is pretty cool to see
5:39
they look old so they might be refurbing
5:42
them to be
5:45
used for other
5:51
trains so what we're going to do now
5:54
is check on drone assist and if the
5:57
airspace is
5:58
clear I'm going to put the drone up
6:01
check it to the skies
6:04
take off
6:06
home point updated there are no flight
6:08
restrictions in the area
6:10
so all good to
6:13
fly yeah there's only makeshift
6:17
rails any bits and pieces on
6:24
them a fair few of
6:26
them i've got some of just the trucks as
6:30
well we are up at 30 m so we're not
6:33
going to be in the way we go a bit
6:36
higher 35 m
6:41
yeah looks like we got a lot of places
6:42
to put them
6:46
this road goes all the way down there
6:55
there's your LPG gas tanks we could see
6:58
from the gate
7:02
[Music]
7:08
to the back of the
7:15
facility go up a little bit higher so
7:18
you can see the run of the building
7:48
[Music]
7:52
that's the gate where we first
7:55
started just watching the drone then and
7:57
not the controller
8:00
[Music]
8:15
we'll go have a look at this extraction
8:16
system as well while the drone's in the
8:18
air
8:29
[Music]
8:34
[Music]
8:42
yeah i wonder what the hell is they're
8:43
going to be expecting is it going to be
8:44
metal
8:48
shavings or what
8:57
[Music]
9:03
yeah this is very interesting
9:12
[Music]
9:18
he's putting together these tracks
9:24
me
9:26
[Music]
9:41
[Music]
9:52
me
9:56
me
10:10
[Music]
10:25
we'll go a bit higher and do a quick
10:28
view of the surrounding area
10:53
[Music]
10:56
it's like a quarry there
11:07
[Music]
11:11
there's a couple doing the photo
11:17
shoot a tennis court hidden away
11:20
there a
11:23
lotments just a town
11:28
and back to where we
11:29
started right so I'll pull the drone
11:31
back and take a picture for Google Maps
11:42
[Music]
11:46
you working or just for fun oh I'm just
11:49
being nosy all right i came all that oh
11:53
no i came past on my bike earlier i saw
11:55
trains and I thought I carried on going
11:58
down no I just wonder I saw no I didn't
12:01
want to didn't want to disturb you like
12:03
but there's other place drone coming
12:05
over no right which where was that where
12:09
was that uh unfortunate
12:19
no just being
12:21
nosy so I came past bike and saw the uh
12:25
Ultra In parts i'm
12:29
like I wind blew mine
12:33
did it yeah i a cheap one oh right gust
12:38
wind a mile down the road by
12:41
time I finish it this one is quite a
12:44
cheap one for this brand how much that
12:47
uh 250 that's not bad landing
12:52
[Applause]
12:53
landing
12:57
yeah so two Yeah 250 for that one it's
13:00
just a That's the Mini 2SE see that one
13:02
I've got is about that size light very
13:05
lightweight
13:07
it's got a camera in it which not I
13:08
would say it's good as that but it does
13:11
yeah these do uh this one I think it
13:13
films in 1440
13:16
so but you can get the mini Mini 3 and
13:18
Mini 4 now all right which film in 4K
13:22
and they're about grand not too bad it
13:24
can hold up in about I think it says it
13:27
can hold up to 25 mph gusts that's not
13:29
bad but any more than that you don't
13:31
want it just to disappear
13:38
dem I live at Pestures and we're moving
13:41
up from X4
13:43
Pier new place and only takes me 10
13:48
minutes from my house here on bike
13:49
that's even better for you then isn't it
13:51
car half an hour so might as
13:54
well be on bike aren't you yeah so I've
13:55
just noticed gate and post i haven't
13:58
been up for a while on bike
14:01
all right so it says uniart now uh no
14:04
luchina luchina yes so it says like Luc
14:08
on sign l
14:11
yeah that's the one sorry not LU but
14:13
it's all McGregor signs everywhere as
14:15
well alo they've gone they they went on
14:17
somewhere on
14:18
M18 yeah i've already gone into
14:21
administration but I don't know if it's
14:22
right or not they've moved on a bit big
14:25
company on here fair enough we moved
14:27
into here i think next next one's empty
14:30
and I think it's is it a motor car
14:33
company after that i think it's I can't
14:35
what it's called but when I So I went by
14:39
and I was going quite quick and I I just
14:41
I just looked and saw trains i'm like
14:45
now I got down to bottom just got to
14:46
about the motor spot and turn around and
14:48
came back and had a look all the all
14:49
these we've got got shitloads of
14:52
trains coming up from where we are is
14:54
hundreds and hundreds what is it
14:56
you do with the trains we dismantle them
14:59
refurb them and send them out i had a
15:02
guess like when um when I looking at
15:03
them thinking I saw just the trucks on
15:05
their own i think we don't do bodies
15:08
they might be refurbing them yeah we
15:09
don't do bodies we do uh
15:12
uh take tick all the years off take all
15:14
parts off shop blast them repaint them
15:17
check them out put them back on that's
15:18
all we do all right brilliant so I have
15:21
a I know a guy um can't where he lives
15:24
now but he re he refurbs full steam
15:28
engines all right i say cuz they want
15:31
some fitters here four fitters do they
15:33
have you got the papers yeah you've got
15:34
your fing papers no I don't have them no
15:37
uh on a painter or something
15:40
else it's perfect if you live down here
15:43
it's all right no I've just been working
15:45
down here so I'll bring my bike to when
15:47
I finish i have a have a ride around if
15:50
somewhere looks looks interesting i'll
15:51
go have a look flight drone about take
15:53
some pictures i'm not interested in
15:55
bit is it yeah they've got a lot
15:58
of work to do on here fair enough you
16:00
say you've only been here a couple
16:01
months or something yeah
16:04
i think looking into want all in by
16:07
August it's not going to happen probably
16:08
September October amount to work what it
16:11
so if you don't mind me asking what's
16:13
new extractor going to be extracting
16:15
brand new it's that shop blast all right
16:18
got shot got a shot blaster in there so
16:20
that's extraction for that then there be
16:22
uh should be a pain extraction film
16:26
coming out that it's going to be done
16:28
but yeah that' be another another one
16:30
coming out oh brilliant right well I'll
16:33
manual stuff having so stuff so right
16:36
well I didn't want to disturb you but
16:39
thank you very much because where we
16:41
were at work
16:42
they had a bloke down doing it no we we
16:45
uh came in that lot so we thought it was
16:48
same bloke coming down checking this
16:50
side do you know who it was who came
16:51
down huh do you know who it was that
16:52
came down no I don't they were just a
16:56
company i saw what did it all right fair
16:57
enough we're We're just a blow blog
17:00
company uh checking all sites out cuz
17:03
there's no just checking us it would
17:04
take it's a big site for uni part where
17:06
just part one part of it and they were
17:09
just checking all that out you said that
17:10
was in Doncaster yeah no exop
17:14
now I'll have a look this is the side of
17:16
here i'll go have a look x and that
17:18
chicken how far is that from here uh in
17:21
car about 20 minutes 15 minutes walking
17:25
on bike
17:26
probably half an hourish i know it was
17:29
all right i might have a might have a
17:30
look another day from back up here all
17:32
right brilliant cheers thank you very
17:33
much have a good one
17:41
well that was a nice interesting chat
17:43
with that
17:43
gentleman i said I didn't want to
17:45
disturb him but he was willing to have a
17:47
chat so happy
17:50
days so that's that done we might go
17:54
have a look at the spotting XTO
18:00
so I think I'll go get some lunch until
18:03
then I will see you in the next one
