Hello lovelies, I thought it would be fun to try Jean Harlow's 1930s Shampoo Recipe. It is effortless to make! Jean Harlow used Kirks Castille Soap and grated it. She then mixed it with 3 cups of boiling water. Once you mix it together, you pour it into a mason jar and let it cool overnight. Jean Harlow would rub warm unscented castor oil onto her scalp before she washed her hair. I was pleasantly surprised by the results, and I got so much shampoo.
