
Home Made Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS
2 carrots
1 celery stick
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 cup chopped tomato
½ chopped onion
2 cups water from where you cooked the pasta
1 can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon cooking oil.
Boil the carrot and the celery for about 8 minutes or until the carrots are soft.
Blend cooked celery and carrots with 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 can of organic tomato
sauce.
In a pan add a zip of oil, let it warm up, and add the onion and the tomato. Once cooked add the
tomato sauce, rosemary, oregano, and parmesan mix, and add the 2 cups of water from the
pasta.
Let it boil together for 5 minutes.
