It is believed to have come from Jannah. 2️⃣ Al-Multazam: The area between the Black Stone and the Kaaba door, where duas are accepted. Muslims embrace the Kaaba here and supplicate sincerely. 3️⃣ Mizab al-Rahmah (Gutter of Mercy): The golden spout on the roof of the Kaaba that pours rainwater onto Hijr Ismail.
