Hey, the wagon's loaded, the fire is
0:02
hot, and we got something special coming
0:04
to y'all's TV.
0:10
My name is Kent Rollins. I'm from
0:12
Hollis, Oklahoma, and I'm a Chuck Wagon
0:14
cook. I've done that for about nearly
0:16
38, 39 years, and I feed cowboys, and I
0:19
try to feed them better than anybody
0:20
else does. My mother had taught me to
0:22
cook when I was 7, 8 years old. I love
0:25
to be in the kitchen and help her. But I
0:28
got to thinking after I was guiding nail
0:29
cutters that, you know, there's a lot of
0:31
ranches out there need a good wagon cook
0:33
cuz a crew is going to work better when
0:34
they have a good cook. So, I thought,
0:36
you know, I'm going to buy a wagon. I'm
0:38
going to see what happens. Good Lord,
0:40
uh, he has blessed me cuz a lot of good
0:42
things have happened.

0:50
I'd worked on both sides of the fire
0:51
from the cooking fire to the brain
0:53
fires.
0:54
Now, normally a cook doesn't have the
0:57
opportunity what I'm going to get to do
0:58
today.
1:00
This is going to be like Christmas right
1:01
here.
1:02
This is unwrapping Christmas right here.
1:03
Yes, it is. Christmas in the summer.
1:08
Who doesn't like to have a power tool in
1:10
the kitchen when you're cooking? And
1:11
it's got a beater attached to it. So,
1:13
hey,
1:16
[Music]
1:18
two cups of cow juice.
1:20
And for that of y'all that might not
1:22
know what cow juice is, you'll figure it
1:25
out before the episode's over, I think.
1:28
Get all that broth in there and all them
1:29
onions. It's going to be singing that
1:31
song. And I mean, it's going to be dying
1:33
old mouth. I'm telling you about had an
1:36
old man on a ranch told me many years
1:37
ago, anybody fry meat and bo coffee, can
1:40
you make dessert and bread and cakes and
1:42
pies? I can.
1:48
always learned the joy of cooking was
1:49
watch other people eat it. See the smile
1:51
on their face.
1:54
They put in a hard day's work. We put in
1:56
a great meal. It's like family coming
1:58
together all the way around.

2:08
You know, this is a very special project
2:10
that we've been working on over 7 years.
2:12
There's been a lot of blood, sweat,
2:15
smoke, and tears. So, what is the
2:16
concept of the show? It is to really put
2:19
the spotlight on the American rancher
2:21
and the American cowboy. And we're
2:23
traveling to different ranches
2:25
everywhere. And we get to showcase and
2:27
highlight their family, their heritage,
2:30
the way they raise beef. And we even get
2:32
to cook some really great, amazing
2:34
recipes that we're feeding cowboys and
2:36
working crews. From the snowcap
2:38
mountains in Nevada to the swamps of
2:40
Florida, we're going to cover it all and
2:42
showcase cowboys food, life, and cattle.
2:48
You see that old sign over there sort of
2:50
sinking down there. The cowboys going to
2:52
be showing up pretty quick. So, I got to
2:53
get it on the table and I think it's
2:55
ready. You know, as we call them cowboys
2:57
up cuz we're getting ready to eat. We
2:58
all gather around out there in front of
3:00
that old flag. And it's more than just
3:02
that. We pay honor and tribute to all
3:04
the service men and women and all the
3:05
veterans that have kept that old flag of
3:07
flying over camp. No matter where we may
3:09
be.
3:15
So saddle up. We'd be proud for y'all to
3:17
come with us. And it's only on the
3:19
Outdoor Channel.
