Mary Anne Oliver-Snow, known online as Yandere.freak, was a rising TikTok cosplayer with over 1.6 million followers when a night of drinking with friends ended in tragedy. She pointed a gun - believed to be unloaded - at her friend Helen Hastings and pulled the trigger. Hastings died, and Oliver-Snow was later charged with manslaughter. Despite pleading guilty in 2022 and receiving community service, she continued posting online and even shifted into the bizarre world of Lingerie Fighting Championships. But no amount of rebranding has erased the dark shadow of her crime.
