Hey everyone, welcome to my kitchen where everything is scratch-made and home-preserved

I'm Jenny and today I have a pasta salad for you. Now I don't know about you, but I love cold pizza

So I am going to do a cold pizza pasta salad supreme. I don't know, I was thinking about it

and eaten my pizza cold and thought, oh, this would be a great idea

So pull a chair up to my counter and let's get started. I have one pound of pasta

You can pick whatever shape you like. You know what? When I went to the store, this was in my mind that I really wanted to make something like this

and I'm trying to come up with a good recipe for it. I forgot to buy pasta

I would recommend a smaller pasta than this, but this is what I had in my cupboard

so this is what I'm using. So I boiled it till it was done, drained it, and I tossed it with a little bit of olive oil so it wouldn't stick

And I've been trying to let it cool off a little bit. So I've just been stirring it occasionally to make sure it doesn't stick

In the meantime, I have one can of sliced olives. And this is a 3.8-ounce can

I am going to cut an onion. This is kind of like a small to medium-sized onion

And I'm just going to toss them in. So whatever goes on your pizza, whatever you like, you can use in this

I love Fontina on pizza. I also love smoked cheddar. So this is kind of a play on I absolutely love antipasta salad and I make a ton of different antipasta salads So this one is kind of like that

I have tomatoes. I'm using grape tomatoes and I'm leaving them whole. You know why? Once you cut

these things, they start to get a little soft. I don't want the soft in my pasta salad, the soft

tomato. Also, some of my kids won't eat tomatoes, so they will pull pasta salad out and leave the

tomatoes. And then my kids that love tomatoes will pick up the tomatoes. A bunch of fresh

for the dressing. You can line them all up

gonna peel them and put them in here but you know peeling them is harder than just doing this so

go in very carefully pick up your hot tomatoes take the peels off or throw them in I don't care

you can also smoke your tomatoes I kind of want to smoke your flavor so I'm actually going to add

some liquid smoke to this just a tiny bit we'll see if we'll be able to taste it in the pasta salad
