Welcome to Circuit Arcadia, kids. Big
0:06
artificial ring planet. Sort of got a
0:08
halo thing going on here. You need to
0:11
get your little wanted criminal asses to
0:13
Mr. Keeps, but it's going to take me a
0:15
bit to sync your geoloccational data to
0:17
the scanner in your outlaw suit. You're
0:20
better off grabbing one of those
0:21
sightseeing maps of the city and finding
0:23
it yourself. Anyway, things have changed
0:26
since the last time you saw him. I heard
0:28
the place isn't even called Mr. Keeps
0:37
Wow, look at this place. It's huge.
0:39
Don't fall for its charms. Rioarma
0:41
practically runs everything here.
0:45
Let's head out, I guess.
1:09
You see that big pillshake building
1:11
there? That's Ria Pharmaceuticals HQ.
1:15
Our enemies are in there.
1:16
Don't go walking right up or anything.
1:18
We're going to do this the right way.
1:22
Looks like that little kiosk over there
1:23
might have a map we could use to
1:24
navigate Circuit Arcadia.
