Ingredients 1 can (15 oz) organic chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1 small onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander ½ tsp baking powder ½ cup whole wheat flour or chickpea flour 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste Preparation Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
