Here's a basic recipe: ### Ingredients: - 6 large eggs - 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon or yellow mustard) - 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice - Salt and pepper, to taste - Paprika, for garnish (optional) - Chopped fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional) ### Instructions: 1. **Hard-boil the eggs:** Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook the eggs for about 10-12 minutes.
